Move better. Start healing. Play more.

You don't have to be an athlete to want your body back. We start with what's actually going on, not just where it hurts.

Your Journey

1

Start Here

This is where most people begin. Hands-on care for pain, tightness, and recovery, plus an honest read on what's really driving the issue — not just symptom relief.

Bodywork & Assessment

2

Build Momentum

Once we know what's going on, we build toward it: corrective exercise and functional strength programming, plus habit-based nutrition coaching for how you actually live — no meal plans, no rules.

Movement & Nutrition Support

3

Keep Building

Monthly membership for steady maintenance, remote programming for strength work between visits, and (down the road) workshops or group content — support that doesn't stop when the appointment ends.

Ongoing Support

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily is best. Athletic wear, leggings, joggers, or casual clothing work well. Because sessions often include movement assessments and hands-on care, try to avoid restrictive or bulky clothing (jeans, sweats, etc). The key is for you to be comfortable throughout the entire session.

No, not in the traditional sense.

While I do offer stand-alone massage services, the hands-on bodywork is just one piece of these session. Each session is designed depending on your needs for that day, as well as your long-term goals. Through conversation & assessment, your session could include bodywork, modalities (cupping, scraping, microcurrent therapy, etc), corrective exercise, functional training, and even coaching about nutrition & wellness inclusions for your plan.

No. I do not bill insurance directly.

Many of my clients are able to use their FSA & HSA funds for our sessions. I can also provide a Superbill if requested at the time of booking, and you can submit it to your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you.

You're not alone.

Most of my clients come to me after completing physical therapy, having been to chiropractors, and having gone through multiple surgeries trying to find relief.

I take a more whole-body approach to healing, looking at how movement patterns, daily habits, lifestyle, and nutrition concerns all play into how the body is expressing pain. It's rarely directly related to the place on the body where you're feeling the pain.

I am also more that happy to coordinate with other providers who you are seeing on your care plan - we can each bring our strengths to find a long-term solution to you.

Most of my clients come to me with some type of chronic pain. I specialize in working with muscle and joint pain, but also have experience in neuropathy, hypermobility/EDS, arachnoiditis, headaches, neck pain, jaw/TMJ, and old injuries that continue to 'act up'.

In addition, I have extensive experience in working with movement conditions, such as returning to activity after injury, balance concerns, and just overall mobility.

My training also includes working with women's health concerns, such as pelvic floor disorders (prolapse, incontinence, pain), diastatis recti, and even digestive concerns.

Whether it's keeping up on the trail, playing with your grandkids, or just getting through your day without your body getting in the way

— let's figure out what yours needs.
