If your pain keeps returning, your recovery has stalled, or you feel like you've tried everything without lasting results, you're not alone.
I work with active individuals who are ready to move beyond simply treating symptoms and start understanding what's really keeping them stuck.
My approach combines sports medicine, movement, recovery, nutrition, and women's health to look at the whole picture—not just the painful body part. Together, we'll identify the barriers limiting your progress and build a plan that helps you move with confidence again.
My perspective has been shaped by more than 20 years working with athletes—but also by my own journey.
I've been an athlete for most of my life, from gymnastics as a child and track, cheerleading, and rowing to Olympic weightlifting as an adult. Along the way, I've experienced injuries, surgeries, digestive disorders, pelvic floor challenges after childbirth, and the frustration of being told that some of the activities I loved were simply no longer possible.
Those experiences changed the questions I asked.
Instead of asking, "How do we treat this injury?" I began asking, "What's standing in the way of healing?"
That curiosity led me beyond traditional rehabilitation into women's health, sports nutrition, recovery science, and whole-person approaches that help explain why two people with the same injury can have very different recoveries.
It's also why I became passionate about supporting active women through the second half of life—when hormones, recovery, and training all shift in ways that are often overlooked or dismissed as 'just aging.'

Healing isn't about chasing symptoms.
It's about understanding why they keep coming back.
When we step back and look at the whole picture, we can create lasting change—not just temporary relief.
My goal isn't simply to help you recover from your current setback.
It's to help you understand your body, rebuild confidence, and keep doing the things you love for years to come.
Healing doesn’t have to be confusing or overwhelming. Whether you’re just starting your recovery journey or looking to refine your resilience, I’d love to talk with you.
